Alex Leith last Thursday at the Garden Opera Company’s
performance of Cosi Fan Tutte at Pelham House. “I borrowed
a tripod from another journalist at the performance,”
he said, “and cranked the camera up to its maximum 4
megapixel setting.” You can make out most of the individuals
in the audience: no doubt you’ll recognise a few of
Lewes’ more prominent characters. We like the way in
which the fidgety people’s heads have moved during the
shutter action. We also like the amazing way the theatre lights
are illuminating the audience. We’d like to congratulate
reader Ness Newman (who will no doubt recognise herself) for
winning two free tickets for the performance and a free meal
at Circa. All proceeds went to the charity ‘Home Start’. |
