Which Bonfire Society do you go to? I’m never here for Bonfire Night any more, but when I was I didn’t go to any specific society, I just walked around town, with any friends who might be visiting.
Which newspaper do you read? I used to read the Guardian, but not so much any more. Maybe still on a Friday. I get the news from the TV. I watch the 10 o’clock news.
Are you pro or anti the Phoenix development? I think there should be public access to that part of town so people can enjoy the river.
Favourite Lewes landmark? The White Hart. I believe that’s where Tom Paine discussed his new ideas. That makes it a significant landmark because he helped to shape the US constitution and the Bill of Rights.
How would you spend a perfect Sunday afternoon? Most of the time I work. I have so much to do. I have enough on my plate. Perhaps having lunch in the garden.
What on your hifi at the moment? Kansas - Dust in the Wind.
Lewes would be better if… there was much less traffic in town and the best bits of the place were opened up so people who visited could really enjoy it.
What Lewes really doesn’t need is… I don’t have any strong opinions on that.
