This week’s picture was sent in by Chloe Alexander, who took it on her Sony Cyber Shot DSC-T30, which she raves about. “It’s only the size of a credit card, yet it has a huge back screen,” she says. “I take it everywhere I go.” The picture is a ‘bee’s eye view’ of a poppy. “I can now see further into a flower head than a naked eye can do,” she continues. “When I get these images up on screen it’s always a surprise and a pleasure to look at them and I’m always astonished at the amazing shapes and patterns nature makes, and how beautiful this hidden world is.” We love the juxtaposition of green and pink, and the way you can virtually smell the flower. We also think the picture goes rather well with the one on the page that precedes it. We love getting your pictures, as we don’t tire of telling you, so keep sending them in.
