We are unlikely to see the sort of rainfall we experienced on Monday but conditions will continue to be unsettled over the next week, with showers interspersed with sunny intervals, hopefully the latter when the Lewes Guitar Festival bands are playing in the Gun Garden. A period of sunny weather is expected to come our way in early August, but don’t count your chickens till the jet stream starts pointing further northwards.

According to National Rail Enquiries there are no engineering works concerning Lewes station over the next two weekends.
